This is a major update to Snap with many new changes:
- Support for OUTLOOK 2000/2002/2003, WORD 2003, POWERPOINT 2003, and EXCEL 2003
- Contact Picture shown on Call Status windows (call pops)
- Search features, contacts without opening Outlook
- Open Outlook Contact window from Call Status window

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
On Win XP SP2.

Alex, I am nearly 100% sure that this error is because you do not have the .NET 2.0 framework installed. Please check it. In the next version we will update our installer to automatically check this.

Yes, you are right. It's working now, but I don't have Span SmartTag in World. Is it there in free version of Span?

*Snap, You may have to reinstall Snap first to get it working since you installed .NET afterwards, the wiki has some information as well, the free version is the same download, with a few limitations. It does not include enhanced caller id, search results or call status windows. You can still use all the dialing features (from outlook/office, etc). If you have anymore support issues please use the forum.

Looks great. Some form of attended transfer would be very neat, as well as a good catch method in case the transfer-target is busy...

Waiting for thunderbird then...
This product is of no utility for me until it supports thunderbird. I bet many people share this opinion.

San, In the blog we mentioned that we would be supporting Thunderbird. We will post when it is ready.

Snap does not want to sync with Outlook 2007. There must be something blocking access - any ideas?

Outlook 2007 is not supported by Snap 0.8
