We are looking for a way to connect our VOIP (we use polycom phones) to go to our desk top, and then send the phone number into the desktop and then send the phone number to our inhouse web crm... we are prepared to do programming on our side... either in a windows applications and/or in our web app. Any suggestions or pointers you have for us would be great.
Not to make it more confusing, but we have other customers that use our applications and would also be interested in this. But im hoping that we sanp does not care how (VOIP or Regular Phone Lines) the phone number goes into the computer.
It would be bonus if we can also make calls outgoing...
