is it posobilebe to get the snap yo popup and tell the number ther are call your desktop phone ??

I too am having problems with getting popups to work on  incoming calls. I'm using Snap with Asterisk.

The debugging log clearly shows that Snap sees the incoming call, however, nothing pops up!

The balloon shows on outbound calls initiated using Snap, though.

Nice app, though. However, screen pop would be the icing on the cake.
