CRM Integration - Act! 
Hi,

I'm testing Snap with our new Asterisk based PBX.
 I can connect to the system and get Snap to initiate an outbound phone call, however i have 2 questions?

1. The CRM tab is completely greyed out? I'd like to test it out with Act!

2. Snap doesn't appear to respond when i receive an incoming call on my extension (the one i'm using to test!)

Hello,

1. The CRM tab is greyed out when the trial expires. Please purchase a license or try Snap on a different machine.

2. Make sure Snap is connected. See this:
