Screen Pops with a softphone

I'm using X-lite and i am not getting screen pops when a call comes in. Should I?

Are you connecting to an Asterisk Server - if so- on the connection settings (calls) tab, you need to have (enable call status) checked. It works with x-lite here both on XP and Vista.
